- Introduction
crowdgrowing is a DAO (Decentralised Autonomous Organisation), and as such is a community led entity, with no central authority. It is fully autonmous and transparent: smart contracts lay the foundational rules, execute the agreed upon decisions, and at any point, proposals, voting, and even the very code can be publicly audited.
These Terms of Service are applicable for use with the following: www.crowdgrowing.io crowdgrowing platform Website located at www.crowdgrowing.io subdomains of www.crowdgrowing.io and services provided by www.crowdgrowing.io
Website, subdomains, and services are the property of crowdgrowing.io and its community with no central authority, headquartered at www.crowdgrowing.io
These Terms explain how crowdgrowing.io works in relation to the rights and obligations of the parties involved. The www.crowdgrowing.io Terms of Service, as well as any instructions, directions and similar information contained on the Website (including temporary information) are part of the User’s agreement of the www.crowdgrowing.io service (the “Agreement”). BY USING THE WEBSITE AND / OR SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE AND / OR SERVICE.
1.1 Definitions
The “Agreement” is the acceptance of the crowdgrowing.io “Terms of Service”.
The crowdgrowing website located at www.crowdgrowing.io, subdomains of www.crowdgrowing.io, applications, and/or service provided by www.crowdgrowing.io shall be called the “Platform” in these Terms of Service.
A person and / or entity using the Platform under these Terms of Service shall be called the “User”.
1.2 Parties of the Agreement
crowdgrowing and the User are parties of this Agreement.
The owner of the legal relationship with the User is crowdgrowing which owns the rights and obligations related to the Platform.
- Changes in Terms of Service
2.1 crowdgrowing reserves the right at its sole discretion to change, modify, add or delete provisions of these Terms of Service at any time. Users must check these Terms for changes occasionally without any additional notifications. The current version of these Terms is available at https://crowdgrowing.io/terms. By using the Platform, after updates of the Terms were published, the User accepts and agrees to these changes. Only when the User agrees and abides by these Terms, shall crowdgrowing.io provide the User with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Platform. - Registration
3.1 crowdgrowing.io “Platform” is intended exclusively for Users over 21 years of age. Any access or use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are over 21 years old.
3.2 Registration requires personal information, a valid email address (which will be used as a username and as a method of User’s identification) for your account on the Website (“Account”) and password (“Password”).
3.3 crowdgrowing may request the provision of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and / or financial information of the User for KYC (Know Your Customer) and / or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures. crowdgrowing.io reserves the right to impose restrictions on the User’s Account depending on the information provided.
3.4 The User must ensure that all information stored by crowdgrowing and related to the User is true, complete, not misleading and relevant.
3.5 In the event a User is unable to access his/her account, crowdgrowing may ask the User to provide certain types of data, including Personally Identifiable Information to verify the User’s rights to the account. Such methods for verification of the User’s account may include, but is not limited to: the provision of the User’s identity card; proof of residence; confirmation of a phone number / email address and identifiable activity on the Platform such as transactions / order numbers, amounts, etc.
3.6 crowdgrowing provides growing management services to the User through partners and experts working on appropriate territories, that meet all the necessary technical and climatic requirements, including all licenses. The specific conditions applicable to each program are published on the Platform and in these Terms of Service.
3.7 All contracts offered to Users are published on the Platform. The prices and specifications of contracts may change at any time without prior notice to the User.
3.8 crowdgrowing composes and offers these contracts though the crowdgrowing.io web platform.
3.9 Technically, a User’s order is a request for a contract from crowdgrowing and is not considered an Agreement until the order is paid for and confirmed by crowdgrowing. Before that stage the order is considered to be pending, and crowdgrowing reserves the right to decline your payment.
3.10 Confirmation of the User’s order will be conducted via email, and will contain the estimated date of the contract, which will also be displayed in your account on the Platform. A confirmed date of the contract will follow in the second email. The User understands that crowdgrowing.io, cannot estimate the contract’s date until a confirmation date is received from crowdgrowing’s partners in charge of production.
- Orders / Payments
4.1 Order Time Frame
When placing orders for plants and cultivation management services be advised the services and plants are provided by our licensed cultivation partners.
4.2 Payment for Orders
Acceptance of the User’s order is conditioned on payment through the Platform. Acceptable forms of payment for the order are as follows:

The exchange rate for ETH, USDT and BTC are provided by binance.com. By making a payment, you agree with the established exchange rate and the fact that the rate of exchange of cryptocurrencies is fixed only for 1 hour, and can be changed later, depending on the actual value.
4.3 Consent by Click
By clicking on the “Buy Now” button at the end of the order process, the User consents to these Terms of Service, and any terms and conditions provided by the Platform.
4.4 Orders
The submission of an order is an application for a contract and is subject to approval from crowdgrowing. The order is not considered a contract until payment and approval.
Upon the acceptance of the order an email confirmation providing the details pertaining to the order will be sent to the email address provided by the User. No contract exists until a confirmation email is sent. Before confirmation the application is considered to be pending. crowdgrowing reserves the right to decline order payment and deny the application.
crowdgrowing will not be considered bound by a contract for the order until an email confirmation is sent to the User.
4.5 Purchase Reference Number
The confirmation email contains a unique purchase reference number. This reference number must be used in any subsequent correspondence with crowdgrowing.
4.6 Duplicate Revenue
Sales revenue from harvests and sales through Partners, will be paid out to the Users’ immediately upon receipt and clearance in the crowdgrowing account.
To duplicate revenue or for additional revenue, the User must create a new order in accordance with these terms and the rules of the Platform.
4.7 crowdgrowing Guarantee
crowdgrowing will do everything within their power to ensure that the farmer`s income occurs and that funds are delivered to the User’s account as quickly as possible.
Sales revenue is conditional on the successful harvesting and sale of plants.
crowdgrowing partially covers the risks of an unsatisfactory harvest with the planted reserve plants grown through a separate arrangement made by the Partner and the Company.
4.8 Age Restriction
Orders made by any person under the age of 21 years will not be accepted by crowdgrowing and will be terminated.
- Obligations
5.1 Users hereby agrees to comply with all applicable laws and rules of these Terms of Service and all rules related to the use of the Website and the Service.
5.2 Users agree not to misinform anybody or otherwise misrepresent oneself in any relation to crowdgrowing.
5.3 Users shall not abuse any campaigns, discounts, referral bonuses and / or referral systems provided by crowdgrowing and / or its partners occasionally.
5.4 Users shall not use or allow the use of any solutions to hide the User’s Internet traffic and IP addresses, including but not limited to Proxy, Tor, and VPN or by any other means.
5.5 It is strictly prohibited to use or exploit errors / bugs in the design of the Website, the Service and / or all and any of their parts, functions that have not been documented, and / or “software errors” for commercial / personal gain or as a means to violate and / or destabilize the Service and / or Website. If such an error is encountered accidently, the User should report it to support: https://crowdgrowing.io/support
5.6 crowdgrowing provides Users with a limited license for personal access and use of this Website / Application, but not for downloading (other than caching pages) or changing any part of it without our written consent. This license does not include resale or commercial use of this Website / Application or its contents; any collection and use of any product lists, all sorts of descriptions or prices; any derivative use of this Website / Application or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information in the interests of another seller, or any use of data, robots or similar data collection and extraction tools.
5.7 This Website / Application or any part thereof (including but not limited to any copyrighted materials, trademarks or other confidential information) cannot be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, distributed or otherwise used in any commercial purposes without the written consent of crowdgrowing and / or written consent of crowdgrowing partners.
5.8 Users are not allowed to create or use any cropping methods to attach any trademarks, logos or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout or form) belonging to crowdgrowing or Juictfields’s affiliates without express written consent from crowdgrowing. Users are not allowed to employ meta tags or any other “hidden text” with the names or trademarks or logos of crowdgrowing or crowdgrowing’s affiliates without written consent. Any unauthorized use will immediately invalidate the license granted by crowdgrowing and Juicyfield’s affiliates to the User.
5.9 Users are not allowed to use the crowdgrowing logo or other graphic images or trademarks as part of the link without the written consent of crowdgrowing and crowdgrowing affiliates, if applicable.
- PRIVACY POLICY
6.1 This Policy (together with the Terms of Use of our Website and any other documents referred to herein) establishes the basis on which crowdgrowing will process any personal information crowdgrowing receives from a User or that a User provides to crowdgrowing.
6.2 Transparency and providing accessible information to our Users about how we use your personal data is a key element of the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
6.3 This Privacy Policy applies to the information crowdgrowing collects when Users access or use crowdgrowing products and services (for example, our websites, devices, mobile applications and online services) or when Users interact with crowdgrowing in different ways.
6.4 Please read carefully to understand crowdgrowing views and methods regarding User’s personal information and crowdgrowing methods of processing them. By visiting the website, the User accepts and agrees to the methods described in this policy.
6.5 crowdgrowing website’s content may occasionally contain links to and from the websites of Juicyfield’s affiliate networks, advertisers and affiliates. If Users follow the link to any of these websites, Users must keep in mind that these websites have their own privacy policies and crowdgrowing is not responsible for these policies. Please check the rules of the site before posting any personal data on them.
- Customer Complaints
“Support” or “Support Service” states for crowdgrowing technical support service, which is provided through the email and Telegram channels available in the crowdgrowing knowledge base / FAQ section at https://crowdgrowing.io/faq, where Users can find answers to common questions and request help by submitting a ticket.
